PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara (IDX: FPNI) adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi polythylene pertama dan terbesar di Indonesia. Didirikan pada tahun 1990 oleh empat perusahaan besar, BP Chemicals Investmen Limited, Mitsui Co Ltd, Sumitomo Corporation dan PT Arseto Petrokimia. Pada awalnya perusahaan ini dinamakan PT Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo atau PT PENI. Polythylene (PE) adalah bahan polimer yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia dan sangat mudah dijumpai di kehidupan sehari-hari. Produksi PE pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 1993 dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun berikutnya, perusahaan melakukan ekspansi pertama sehingga kapasitas produksi bertambah 50.000 ton per tahun. Program ekspansi kedua dilakukan pada tahun 1998 dengan tambahan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun 2003, Indika Group mengakuisisi BP, Mitsui dan Sumitomo. Jr. Production / Process Engineer Requirements: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university Have at least 5 years of experiences in Chemical/Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or relevant industries in the Area of NC / PP / BD / BTX / Tank / Jetty / Utility Fluent in English (both writing and speaking) Have learning agility and willing to be placed at Merak Plant 2. Jr. Production / Process Operator Requirements: Fresh Graduate with Min. D3 (Chemical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable university Candidates with maximum 2 years of experiences in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries are welcome to apply Fluent in English (both writing and speaking), and Good Confidence level, interpersonal and teamwork skills Have Learning Agility and willing to be placed at Merak Plant 3. Jr. Maintenance Engineer Requirements: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Physics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical / Instrument / Civil Engineering or relevant major from reputable university Fresh graduate or having max. 2 years of experiences in any industry are welcome to apply Fluent in English (both writing and speaking), and Good Confidence level, interpersonal and teamwork skills Have Learning Agility and willing to be placed at Merak Plant 4. Jr. Maintenance Technician Requirements: Fresh Graduate with Min. Finance/Accounting Tax Staff Requirements: Min. Strong planning and problem-solving skills, with adaptability and a collaborative teamwork environment. Have Learning Agility and willing to be placed at Merak Plant or South Jakarta 6. Procurement Staff Requirements: Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in any relevant major from reputable university Have min. 2 years of experience in Procurement (Chemical, MRO, or General) in Multinational Company Fluent in English (both writing and speaking); Advanced in Technical Skill (Ms. Office, SAP, E-Procurement, etc.) and exhibit good softskills (Teamwork, communication, negotiation, adaptability, intergrity, and business ethics) Have Learning Agility and willing to be placed at Merak Plant IMPORTANT/PENTING!
