Tax Associate Job Description Processed various types of Income Tax (PPh 21, 23, Article 4(2), and PPh 25), including document control and tax data reconciliation within the system (SAP). Managed VAT (Input & Output), from tax invoice validation and data entry to reconciliation and payment monitoring. Monitored tax-related transactions across all sites, ensured tax compliance, and maintained vendor tax databases (NPWP, PKP, SKB). Prepared tax reports (PPh and PPN), performed tax filings through e-SPT, and supported data preparation for internal and external audits. Maintained tax documentation (filing and withholding tax slips), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation, as well as updating tax-related data (e.g., tax exchange rates) in the system. Supported tax audits and communication with relevant stakeholders, while contributing to process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & PPN). Fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience in Accounting/Tax are welcome; internship experience is an advantage. Familiar with tax processing, reconciliation, and reporting (including e- SPT); Brevet A & B certification is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage. Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. High integrity, able to work under deadlines, with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement. 2. Purchasing & Importation Associate Job Description Price & Purchase Management: Managing price negotiations for non- contract items, updating price contracts, and monitoring the purchasing process from PR/PO through back orders with principals/vendors. Inventory & Vendor Performance Monitoring: Monitoring principals’ stock on hand (SOH), updating part numbers, and tracking vendor performance using OTIF indicators (VMI & Non-VMI). Accounts Payable & Claim Management: Submitting and reconciling vendor payments (CL, TT, LC), as well as monitoring and following up on claims until resolution. Export-Import & Customs Management: Managing and monitoring export-import shipments, handling Ex-Im licensing, checking customs documentation (PIB/PEB), monitoring import quotations, and preparing import duty payment planning. Data Analysis & PMHD Support: Managing and analyzing Parts Maintenance Help Desk (PMHD) data as a basis for purchasing and inventory decision-making. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (s1) in Supply Chain Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or a related major. 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Importation, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Possess customs-related certifications (PPJK/Kepabeanan/Ex-Im Certification) and a solid understanding of PIB, PEB, HS Codes, import duties, and export-import regulations. Strong vendor negotiation skills, ability to monitor multiple processes, and proficiency in ERP/SAP and Microsoft Excel. Active proficiency in English, detail-oriented, communicative, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally and under tight deadlines. 3. Technical Officer Job Description Coordinating and ensuring troubleshooting activities originating from ETR/EMR/TI are properly handled. Analyzing troubleshooting cases to determine appropriate solutions and assisting in resolving technical issues at site. Conducting meetings with principals to discuss existing problems and claims, and when necessary, performing joint job site investigations with principals. Preparing installation guides for component installation in the field. Performing inspections and evaluations of customer units to provide repair recommendations and cost estimates. Providing recommendations for potential new business opportunities based on the results of technical analysis conducted. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Naval Architecture from a reputable university. Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia. Open to fresh graduates; candidates with prior technical experience are preferred. Persistent, highly innitiative, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 4. MT Marketing & Sales Site Department Head Job Description Sales Management: Achieving revenue targets through strategic planning, sales forecasting, and customer negotiations. Marketing: Conducting market analysis, planning promotional strategies, and increasing product visibility. Inventory Management: Optimizing stock levels, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong customer relationships, handling complaints, and improving customer satisfaction. Leadership: Leading site sales and marketing teams to achieve optimal performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university. Monitoring repair, overhaul, and fabrication activities. Responsible for employee evaluations and workforce qualification levels Supervising work processes to ensure compliance with SOPs. Planning and conducting training and certification programs for mechanics.
